Turkish Steel Exporters' vp slams EU anti-dumping probe into tube, pipe exports

There are no grounds for a European Commission anti-dumping investigation on welded tubes, pipes and hollow sections from Turkey, according to Serdar Kocturk, vp with the Turkish Steel Exporters’ Assn.
“This investigation, initiated against Turkish pipe manufacturers for their exports to the EU, is not fair and is surely against European Community interests,” Kocturk said in a statement emailed to Metal Bulletin on Wednesday....
