Zeljezara Niksic on offer for under $20m in third pubic tender

The administrator for Montenegro’s bankrupt speciality steel producer Zeljezara Niksic (ZN) has announced a new public tender for the steelmaker, sources told Metal Bulletin.
Announcements appeared in local newspapers Pobeda and Vijesti last week, calling for new bids by April 27, the sources said.
