TORONTO Higher shipments and prices helped ALJ Regional Holdings Inc. log double-digit revenue gains in the second quarter and first half of its fiscal year.
The Ashland, Ky.-based parent of Kentucky Electric Steel LLC (KES) posted revenue of $44.6 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2012, up 10.7 percent....
