PITTSBURGH Pennsylvania shredder RPM Recycling Inc. is appealing a decision by local officials ordering the facility to halt its recycling activities.
The Plainfield Township board of supervisors on April 12 issued a cease-and-desist order to the Wind Gap, Pa.-based company for allegedly storing its shredder fluff improperly.....
