Mexico's Nemak acquires JL French

MEXICO CITY Mexican Tier 1 auto parts supplier Nemak SA de CV has agreed to buy JL French Automotive Castings Inc. for an undisclosed sum, according to parent company Alfa SAB de CV.
Sheboygan, Wis.-based JL French, which has a work force of 1,900 and operations in the United States, Spain and China, reported sales of $500 million in 2011, Alfa said in a Mexican Stock Exchange filing.....
