Metal Bulletin’s Daily Ferrous Scrap Index was at $447.09 per tonne cfr Iskenderun on an HMS 1&2 (80:20) basis on Thursday April 19, down from $447.41 a day earlier.
Steel mills in Turkey seem to be concentrating....
