DAILY SCRAP REPORT: Black Sea deal to Turkey signals price weakness

Metal Bulletin’s Daily Ferrous Scrap Index fell slightly to $446.86 per tonne cfr Iskenderun on an HMS 1&2 (80:20) basis on Friday April 20, down from $447.09 a day earlier.
Up until Friday morning, no deep-sea cargoes had been sold to Turkey this week, market participants said.....
