China’s scrap industry wants the government to rethink last year’s cancellation of tax rebates on scrap sales.
The China Assn of Metal Scrap Utilisation (Camu), which represents the country's scrap yards, processors and scrap consumers, is lobbying the government to lower the tax burdens of the industry to promote scrap consumption....
