Metal Bulletin’s Daily Ferrous Scrap Index was unchanged at $446.86 per tonne cfr Iskenderun on an HMS 1&2 (80:20) basis on Monday, April 23.
Buyers were mainly absent from the market on Monday as Turkey celebrated....
