Anglo American sells Scaw South Africa to IDC-led group for $440m

Anglo American will sell integrated steelmaker Scaw South Africa for $440 million to an investment consortium led by the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa (IDC), the London-based company said in a statement on Tuesday April 24.
