JP Morgan to sell concentrates unit

JP Morgan is in negotiations to sell its base metals concentrates business to the management of the unit, which is backed by a New York-based private equity firm, a source familiar with the deal told Metal Bulletin.
The bank will still provide credit lines to the company, which will continue to be run by veteran trader Philip Bacon, after the sale, the source said. ....
