Indian ferrous scrap import offer prices flat as buyers look for prompt material

Offer prices for ferrous scrap imported into India held firm this week as buyers looked for prompt tonnages or material already on the water, market participants told Metal Bulletin on Tuesday April 24.
Shredded material in containers was being offered at $485-495 per tonne cfr Nhava Sheva, widening slightly from $490-495 last week.
HMS 1&2 (80:20) in containers remained at $465-475 per tonne cfr....
