Court sets May 24 date for hearing on MMK-Flinders lawsuit

A Russian court has chosen May 24 for the hearing on merits of the lawsuit that blocked the A$554 million ($570 million) acquisition by Russian steelmaker Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel (MMK) of Australian iron ore miner Flinders Mines, MMK said on Wednesday April 25.
The decision was made by the Arbitration Court of the Chelyabinsk Region, where MMK is based, at the preliminary....
