CLOSE TO CLOSE: Copper prices push higher in LME kerb

Copper prices pushed still higher during the kerb session on the London Metal Exchange on Wednesday April 25, as short covering began in the wake of hefty backwardations across the spreads.
The red metal closed at $8,205 per tonne, basis three months, compared with $8,150 per tonne on Tuesday.
Major backwardations opened up on Monday, with April-July spreads moving....
