PITTSBURGH — Mill services provider Phoenix Services LLC has strengthened its foothold in the Chicago region, landing its fourth contract to service ArcelorMittal SA’s steelmaking operations in the area.
Kennett Square, Pa.-based Phoenix has signed a multiyear contract with the Luxembourg-based steelmaker and is now providing steel slag services for ArcelorMittal’s Indiana Harbor East facility in East Chicago, Ind. ....
