Siderar downplays nationalisation threat in Argentina after YPF takeover

Ternium Siderar, Argentina’s largest steelmaker, played down the threat of nationalisation in the wake of the government decision last week to take full control of oil company Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales (YPF).
“First of all, we have no indication that something similar to what happened in Argentina with YPF could happen to Siderar,” cfo Pablo Brizzio said in a conference call....
