Chilean court rejects Codelco petition to freeze 49% of Anglo Sur dividends

Anglo American has reported that a Chilean court has rejected a bid made by Codelco on April 17 that attempted to freeze in escrow 49% of the dividends paid out by subsidiary Anglo American Sur.
A bid by Codelco to install a court appointee into Anglo Americans operation in Chile was also rejected by the court. ....
