Japan’s steelmakers are keeping a tight lid on output and continue to voice concerns about rising inventory levels even though sales among secondary stockists rose in March.
“There was a lot of buying by stockists as the end of the fiscal year approached. Although demand is expected to improve, we need to be careful of inventory levels and make sure supply and demand....
