NEW YORK The owner of Scrap Brothers Inc., Paw Paw, W.Va., has pleaded guilty to charges of tax evasion.
According to court documents, Ken Hogan filed a plea agreement in U.S. District Court in Martinsburg, W.Va., last week, which will see him pay nearly $220,000 in restitution to the Internal....
