NEW YORK Free-market aluminum scrap prices are largely unchanged as London Metal Exchange prices rebound, with industry traders continuing to bemoan a dearth of scrap across the industry.
One broker forecast a boom in activity if the LME continues to rise. "Its a sellers market, scrap is tight. Consumers are saying, come at me with firm offers, " he said.....
