NEW YORK China's steel export volume surged 43.9 percent in March compared with the previous month, led by strong gains to Vietnam, India and the United States.
Steel leaving Chinese ports totaled 3.93 million tonnes in March, up from the 2.73 million tonnes posted in February. However, the figure was slightly down from the 4 million tonnes registered in March 2011, according to data compiled by AMM from Global....
