Ga. recycler accused of buying stolen metal

NEW YORK The owner of Jarrells Top Dollar Recycling in Savannah, Ga., said he had no idea that he may have been accepting stolen metal.
Michael Jarrell was arrested Wednesday on charges including theft by taking and being party to a criminal enterprise under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, according to Middle Judicial Circuit district attorney Hayward Altman. Jarrell was subsequently released on bond.....
