Brazilian government targets aluminium in drive to cut emissions

Brazil’s aluminium industry will be among the first sectors of the country’s economy to be closely monitored in a drive to cut national carbon emissions.
The aluminium industry, as well as the cement, cellulose paper and chemical industries, are all being targeted initially by the government.
