DRC retains Martin Kabwelulu as mines minister in new government

The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) has confirmed that Martin Kabwelulu Labilo will remain in place as mines minister in a new government, after former finance minister Matata Ponyo, a reputed reformist, became Prime Minister.
