Turkey's Toscelik front runner in auction of speciality steel maker Niksic [UPDATE]

A Turkish steelmaker is leading the race to acquire Montenegrin speciality steels producer Zeljezara Niksic (ZN), following the three-member sale commission’s receipt of two bids for the bankrupt operation, sources close to the situation told Metal Bulletin.
Toscelik, which is part of Istanbul-based Tosyali Group, bid €15.1 million ($20 million) in thethird auction for ZN on Monday April 30.....
