PITTSBURGH Walter Energy Inc. will invest $1.2 billion in a large energy project spanning four counties in Alabama.
The Blue Creek energy project, which will create 530 full-time jobs with an annual payroll of $45 million, will include a metallurgical coal mine in Tuscaloosa County, a coal terminal at the Port of Mobile, a barge load-out facility....
