Canadian Pan Terra buys second Namibian copper mine

Canadian firm Pan Terra Industries has bought its second copper mine in Namibia, the Kombat copper project, with plans to rehabilitate the mine in the north of the country within the next 18 months.
The company bought 80% of Manila....
