DEARBORN, Mich. U.S. economic growth suggests a slow and uneven recovery for the building sector, according to Robert J. Wills, vice president of the construction-market business unit at the Steel Market Development Institute.
The construction market, which traditionally has accounted for 40 percent of domestic steel consumption, will continue its slow recovery, with the degree of improvement varying by region and submarket, Wills told AMMs Galvanized and Coated Steel Conference in Dearborn.....
