NEW YORK This years outlook for both global and domestic automotive sales is positive thanks to growth in developing nations and replacement demand in the United States, analysts told AMMs Automotive Metals Conference in Dearborn, Mich.
Automakers and metal suppliers can expect to see growth in the U.S. market throughout 2012, although the real long-term boom will happen at the global level, according to analysts at IHS Global Insight Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. ....
