Brazil probes heavy plate imports after Usiminas request

Brazil has started an anti-dumping probe of heavy plate imports from six countries, following a complaint from Usiminas, Brazil's only domestic producer.
The probe will cover heavy plate greater than 4.75mm thickness, from China, South Korea, Australia, Russia, Ukraine, and South Africa, according to Brazil's foreign trade ministry.
