NEW YORK Alter Trading Corp. is being sued by a Mississippi man who claims the scrap metal company purchased saw blades stolen from his flooring company.
A complaint issued by Ryan Ladner and Mississippi Antique Flooring LLC in U.S. District Court in Southern Mississippi claims Alter purchased saw blades stolen from the Purvis, Miss.-based company in September of last year.....
