Southern European rebar producers cut export prices

Spanish and Italian European steel mills have cut rebar export prices by €5 ($6.60) per tonne to attract customers from a wider range of markets. Southern European producers sold rebar this week at €500-510 ($662-$675) per tonne fob main EU port for June production and shipment, down from last week’s €505-515. “Steel mills are mostly charging €505 for the markets....
