ISA looks to recover after net falls 99.6%

PITTSBURGH — Industrial Services of America Inc. (ISA) is seeing a recovery on the stainless and nonferrous side of its business, but noted that room for improvement still remains after it saw net income plummet during the first quarter.

"Our stainless steel and nonferrous businesses showed sequential improvements in volume and margin. While we are pleased to report improving operating results, we recognize that we still have a way to go to get back to historic levels of profitability," president and chief operating officer Brian Donaghy said.....
