NEW YORK TransCanada Corp. said it has received sufficient commitment from interested parties to construct an oil terminal in Hardisty, Alberta, at the proposed start of its controversial Keystone XL pipeline project.
The Keystone Hardisty Terminal will be a starting point for the proposed 1,700-mile pipeline, which is intended to move crude oil from Alberta, Canada, to Texas Gulf Coast.....
