Declining nickel prices and end-users’ reluctance to acquire material other than on a just-in-time basis have affected base prices for flat rolled stainless steel in Europe, market sources told Metal Bulletin. “Demand is not booming, it is not boiling,” a trader told Metal Bulletin.....
