TORONTO — U.S. Steel Corp. has promoted Kurt A. Barshick to general manager of its tubular operations effective May 1, the steelmaker said Friday.
Barshick replaces David Mitch in the post, a U.S. Steel spokeswoman told AMM. She declined to comment on the circumstances of Mitch’s departure from the company.....
