NEW YORK Nonferrous scrap exports received a boost in the first quarter amid strong gains in deliveries of aluminum and copper scrap, combined with generally strong shipping in March.
Exports of nonferrous scrap metals tracked by AMM jumped to 932,826 short tons during the quarter, up 10.2 percent from 846,214 tons during the same period last year.....
