TORONTO Productos Laminados de Monterrey SA de CV (Prolamsa) may be considering a new tubing facility in Conroe, Texas, according to a local official and a source familiar with the matter.
"They are a prospect," Larry Calhoun, executive director of Conroe Industrial Development Corp., confirmed in an e-mail to AMM. Citing confidentiality agreements, Calhoun declined to disclose any details of the potential project, other than that it might be located in Conroe, which is 40 miles north of Houston, where Prolamsas U.S. operations are....
