PITTSBURGH Plans are under way to install a third auto shredder in Oklahoma City, but local players contend the area is already oversaturated.
Midwest Scrap Management Inc. hopes to build the shredder on an 80-acre parcel it is purchasing from Plaquemine, La.-based Georgia Gulf Chemicals & Vinyls LLC, its attorney told the Oklahoma City Planning Commission this week.....
