PITTSBURGH — Two Milwaukee-based recyclers plan to file a lawsuit against the city unless they are given the right to compete for the purchase of abandoned vehicles.
Mill Valley Recycling LLC and Waukesha Iron & Metals Inc. have issued a notice of claim with city officials, alleging that their exclusion from the bidding process for more than 20 years is illegal and adversely affects their businesses.....
