NEW YORK Russias OJSC Novolipetsk Steel (NLMK) forecast a 10-percent rise in global sales for the second quarter after logging a marginal 1.3-percent gain in sales from the fourth quarter.
Net income totaled $172.9 million during the quarter on sales of $3.1 billion.
Falling steel prices weighed on gains in output and sales volumes for the three months ended March 31, NLMK said.....
