PITTSBURGH A Georgia metals recycler plans to challenge an order by local officials to stop taking scrap and close within 30 days.
The owner of J&A & Sons Recycling said he was blindsided by the order and is staying put on his two-acre scrapyard in Kingsland. "I am not closing my doors to my 125 regular customers," owner Jimmie Brow told AMM. "I am taking legal action against the city."....
