BHP decides Temco manganese plant is still viable

BHP Billiton will restart its Temco manganese alloy plant in Tasmania, after a 90-day review concluded the smelter can still make money.
The plant will start producing again immediately, and "the intention is to have all four furnaces operating by the end of August 2012", BHP Billiton said.
The company ordered a shutdown and review of Temco's viability in February....
