PITTSBURGH — A salvage yard owner has been accused of dumping thousands of gallons of automotive fluids into the ground.
John Doxey, 44, owner of 4 Park Place Corp. in Glen Cove, Long Island, N.Y., has been charged with 10 counts of endangering public health, safety or the environment and 10 counts of discharge of pollution into New York waters without a state pollution discharge elimination system....
