Prospective and current owners of steel plants in the former Yugoslavia, along with respective governments in the region, need to stop the “revolving door” turnover of proprietors that has plagued the steelmaking industry there in past years.
This will require effort by the companies looking to acquire steel assets in the region as well as by state governments.
