Delphi to buy connector manufacturer FCI

CHICAGO Delphi Automotive has made a binding offer to acquire the motorized vehicles division of FCI Group, which makes connection systems, for 765 million ($972 million) on a cash and debt-free basis.
The automotive supplier said it hopes to close the deal by the end of the year, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.....
