CHICAGO A former executive at a California valve manufacturer has pleaded guilty to bribing foreign government officials, including members of the Chinese government.
Paul Cosgrove, who headed worldwide sales for Control Components Inc. (CCI), Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif., agreed to plead guilty to one count of violating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), according to the U.S. Justice Department and documents filed with the U.S. District Court in California.....
