CHICAGO — Ford Motor Co.’s Automotive Components Holdings LLC (ACH) unit is selling its automotive headlamps and taillights business and its plant in Sandusky, Ohio, to Ventra Sandusky LLC.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction and business transfers are scheduled for June 30.....
