NEW YORK Metro Group Inc. has opened a new 77,000-square-foot scrap metals recycling facility in Salt Lake City and plans to expand further over the next decade.
A shear and baler have been installed at the new site, which will serve as Metros headquarters and have a monthly processing capacity of 25,000 tons of ferrous metal and 8.5 million pounds of nonferrous metal, a company spokesman told AMM.....
