Wallis to head ThyssenKrupp Stainless

NEW YORK — Michael Wallis will replace Ulrich Albrecht-Frueh as chief executive officer of ThyssenKrupp Stainless USA LLC effective June 15.

Wallis will also be in charge of coordinating operations for Inoxum Group, ThyssenKrupp AG’s stainless arm, in the North American Free Trade Agreement region, the German steelmaker said. He has 30 years of management experience in the stainless steel and aluminum business, most recently in a senior position at a U.S.-based aluminum company, a ThyssenKrupp....
